Tower Crane to be Dismantled at MREB Construction Site

Houston, Sept. 25, 2015 —The University of Houston community should be advised that the tower crane at the Multidisciplinary Research and Engineering Building construction site will be dismantled on Saturday, Oct. 3, starting at 6:30 a.m.

Please expect large trucks entering and leaving the site throughout the day. Flagmen will be present in the area to assist with traffic control.

Set to open in the spring of 2016, the new state-of-the-art facility is located behind Calhoun Lofts and will stand four stories tall. It will house office space, training facilities and research labs.
