HUB Operations to Host Construction Seminar Panel Discussion

Houston, August 31, 2016 — The University of Houston Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Operations Department will be hosting a Construction Seminar Panel Discussion on Wednesday, Sept. 14.

The seminar will be from 9 to 11 a.m. in the M.D. Anderson Library's Elizabeth D. Rockwell Pavilion, located on the second floor.

The goal of the construction seminar is to foster long-term relationships between HUB vendors who provide special trade services, construction services and architectural/engineer services with university prime contractors and facility/construction personnel. The panel will consist of university prime contractors, university facilities planning operations/construction, and purchasing department personnel.

Facility personnel will provide information related to forecasted construction projects for the upcoming fiscal year. HUB vendors will be attendees and can pose questions to all panelists.

Interested faculty and staff are welcome to attend.
