Sponsors Needed to Help Make Move-in a Success

Houston, July 22, 2016 — Sponsors are being sought to help with this fall's residential move-in at the University of Houston.

Move-In 2016 is scheduled for Aug. 17-20. Thousands of students accompanied by their families will be moving into the on-campus residence halls. Sponsorship is welcomed in several ways. Faculty and staff and their departments can become a Principal, Red or White sponsor through the donation of money or, if they prefer, by sponsoring a specific item.

Principal Sponsor: (Amounts of $1,000 or above)

  • Name featured in news release to local community
  • Name/logo on specific item sponsored
  • Invitation to post Move-In 2016 appreciation event
  • Name/logo featured on digital displays

Red Sponsor: (Amounts of $500-$999)

  • Name featured in news release to local community
  • Name/logo featured on digital displays

White Sponsor: (Amounts under $500)

  • Name featured in news release to local community

Event items that can be sponsored include but are not limited to:

  • Promotional items
  • Food items
  • Monetary donation
