UH Dining Planning Special Caribbean Dinner Menu

Houston, Feb. 18, 2016 — Join University of Houston Dining Services March 10 as it hosts Hey Mon Day at the Fresh Food Company.

The special Caribbean-style dinner menu will be served from 5 to 8 p.m. Guests can enjoy a tropical dining experience featuring such entrees as jerk chicken cellentani paired with coconut jasmine rice and fish sliders topped with coleslaw.

Other flavorful offerings will include spiced potato salad, fresh collard greens and black beans with rice. For dessert, guests can have a slice of pineapple upside-down cake from the bakery.
