Work Set to Start on Second Phase of HBSC Level 4 Buildout

Houston, Nov. 6, 2014 — On Nov. 17, Facilities Planning and Construction will start the second phase of the Health and Biomedical Sciences Center buildout of the remaining shell space on the fourth level. The project will last approximately six months.

The project scope as developed by Bailey Architects Inc. will provide 23,725 square feet of primarily wet lab space with associated faculty offices. Upon completion, construction of this building will be complete.

The new facility will provide much-needed laboratory and office space for the Developmental Psychology, Neuroscience, and Human Genetics programs.
