University of Houston Dining Services invites the campus community to experience the best of barbecue with Thrill of the Grill, a limited-time lunch menu being offered Oct. 10-14 at Cougar Woods Dining Hall.
Between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. on those days, customers can enjoy such entrees as chicken drumsticks, chicken and cheddar biscuits, Carolina pulled pork sandwiches, roast turkey breast served with cheddar cheese and roasted peppers, and grilled cheese sandwiches, all made with a tangy barbecue sauce.
Sides will include barbecue essentials such as a corn casserole with diced ham, crispy potato chips, a cabbage and carrots mix tossed in a traditional creamy dressing, and more.
