Warm up with favorite fall foods as University of Houston Dining Services brings its Savor Autumn Flavors menu to Cougar Woods Dining Hall.
The menu will feature a new savory fall dish each Wednesday for lunch. Taste the zest of fall with new offerings like chicken and butternut squash salad or turkey and sweet potato hash, which is seasoned grilled turkey breast with rosemary and topped with spicy sweet potatoes and corn hash. Customers can also try a loaded plate of Thanksgiving dinner items, including hand-carved turkey with cranberry sauce plus a slice of apple pie for dessert.
