Reminder about temporary food dealer permits
 
University of Houston food service facilities are subject to state, city and UH System rules and regulations.

The Food Service Sanitation Program protects the UH community by providing safe, sanitary and healthful food facilities on campus. The program shall apply to all food facilities on campus. Along with the approved food facilities on campus, all UH organizations and departments also should follow these guidelines if food is prepared or served for either on or off campus consumption.

With the different fund-raising activities occurring on campus, please take time to read the food safety policy online. The policy and temporary food dealers permit may be found at:
