DISTRIBUTION OF NEW P-CARDS/TRAVEL CARDS

All Travel Cards (Department, Individual, and Multi-user) and Local P-Cards will expire as of August 31, 2009. (State P-Cards do not expire on August 31.) JP Morgan Chase will issue a replacement card for all current Travel accounts and local P-Card accounts. AP will receive the replacement cards from JP Morgan Chase and send an e-mail to the College/Division Administrators when the cards are ready for distribution, no later than August 20th.

College/Division Administrators may designate a representative to pick up the cards for their college/division by sending an e-mail notification with the representative’s name to Sandra Silva (Travel Cards) and Armand Villacorte (P-Cards). The college/division will be responsible for distributing the cards to its employees. The new Travel Cards will already be active when picked up from Accounts Payable, but the P-Cards will not be active until activated by the cardholder (the cards will have activation instructions). Once the new cards are received, cardholders should cut-up the old cards and discard them.
