TIME AND LABOR UPDATES
TIME AND LABOR
Time and Labor for UH Central
monthly employees was implemented
last April. As with any significant
change to business processes, it was
a difficult change to make, but you
did it! We want to thank you for
your efforts in making this
transition a success.
We still have time that needs
approval for April, May, and June.
Time approvers can still approve
this time. We ask that you approve
this time for the August payroll.
Payroll approvers, please help us
meet this goal.
Time and Labor for UH Clear Lake, UH
Downtown, and UH Victoria is
scheduled for August. There is a
plan to implement Time and Labor for
biweekly employees. That project is
still in the planning phase.

We have added several new queries in
our production database.
UPAY_TL_UNAPRVD_TIME_ALL - returns
all time that needs approval by Time
Approvers
UPAY_TL_UNAPRVD_TIME_BY_DIV -
returns all time that needs approval
by Time Approvers for a specified
division.
UPAY_TL_UNAPRVD_TIME_BY_COLL =
returns all time that needs approval
by Time Approvers for a specified
college.
UPAY_TL_UNAPRVD_TIME_BY_DEPT -
returns all time that needs approval
by Time Approvers for a specified
department.
UPAY_PAYDATA_BY_EMPLID - returns an
employee’s salary, deduction, taxes,
and grant number for a specified
emplid.
UPAY_PAYDATA_BY_GRANT - returns an
employee’s salary, deduction, taxes,
and grant number for a specified
grant number.
ePRF
The ePRF form is being tested. We
will be ready to start training this
in August or September. A rollout
date has not been set.
