Satisfaction survey for student campus mail completed
UH Postal Services has conducted its first customer satisfaction survey with the resident student population regarding their campus mail experience.

All students who live on campus were contacted via email asking them to participate in the survey. Of those, 760 responded. Questions ranged from rating the postal staff on attitude and helpfulness to timely delivery of various types of mail including parcels. The students also were asked for comments on changes that might improve or enhance the mail service on campus. The results are being analyzed and will be posted on the UH Postal web page.

As the mail service for the campus continues being evaluated, the student feedback from this type of survey is invaluable and will be included to help formulate plans for future growth on campus. UH Postal Services wants to thank everyone who responded to the survey, which was done Feb. 5-18.

Three $25 Target gift cards were offered for incentives. The winners of the random drawing – Santiago Blair, Meghan DiBacco and Rosario Diaz – gathered in UH Postal Services to receive their cards and have their pictures taken.
