Two-year project timeline designed to aid departments with planning
As part of ongoing project
support and Tier One strategy for its customers, Facilities
Management is publishing a two-year project timeline for
seasonal projects to assist departments with preplanning
When submitting the work request, please type “SEASONAL PROJECT
REQUEST” in capital letters in the project description box. This
will help to inform the Facilities Service Center personnel that
the work request responds/refers to the information provided
Requests will be prioritized in the order they are planned and
received. Facilities Management will make every attempt to
fulfill all requests; however, projects requiring extensive
planning, engineering or design will require additional time to
execute. The Facilities Management project manager or in house
construction team assigned to the request will provide the
customer a schedule of completion if the project cannot be
executed during the desired seasonal schedule.
