Shredding Available for UH Employees
The University Copy
Center offers shredding services at
reasonable prices, and UH employees
should be aware that they may
utilize these services for personal
shredding as well.
The UH Departmental and Employee
Shredding Price List is as follows:

Documents Boxed:
Minimum
15, 8.5 x 11 boxes
Standard 8.5 x 11 File Box or
equivalent: $6.50 per box
Standard 8.5 x 14 File Box or
equivalent: $7.50 per box
Office Bins can be placed in your
Departmental Office anywhere on
campus. These Bins will hold
Approximately 200 lbs of Documents.
The bins are secure and will be
picked up once every two weeks for
content destruction.
Office Shredding Bin:
$89.00 per month

These prices include secure document
pick-up, as well as shredding which
is performed at an off-campus
location, with a certificate of
secure shredding provided. Shredding
can also be performed on-site upon
request, with similar pricing
applied. Free on-campus pick-up and
delivery are also available.
