Cougar Xpress Coming to ERP Building 4
Energy
Research Park (ERP), the satellite facility of campus that
houses UIT, the undergraduate petroleum engineering program, and
several other administrative offices, is getting a much needed
upgrade in the form of food accessibility.
Faculty, staff and students at ERP will soon have access to
snacks, drinks and other on-the-go items without having to drive
off-site or take a shuttle to the main campus. A Cougar Xpress
will open in Building 4 on Monday, April 16, 2012. This location
will be a miniature version of the Cougar Xpress Markets in
Cougar Village and Calhoun Lofts on the main campus, but will
still carry the necessities – things like soup, salads,
sandwiches, bottled drinks, snacks, and other grab-and-go items.
The store will be open from 8 a.m. to 4p.m. Monday – Friday and
will be closed on the weekends.
