Performance Communication and Development Program Announcement
FY09 PCD Checklists
are due in the Human Resources by
May 15, 2009.
It is time to prepare and submit
your FY09 PCD checklists and any
additional required documentation.
All regular staff employees, who
have completed their initial
probationary period, should receive
a formal performance review
annually.
As we move forward to implementing
People Soft’s e-Performance in FY10,
we anticipate a short six month
review period to assist in
populating the system with data for
each employee. More information and
training on the transition to
e-Performance will be provided
following this current PCD review
period.
PCD documents have been updated with
minor changes and are available
here.
