Join University of Houston Dining Services for Yummy Hummus, a series of hummus dishes to be served at Cougar Woods Dining Hall starting April 11.
Guests are invited to taste a rich variety of hummus all week, including a Moroccan chicken-topped hummus made with shawarma seasoning accompanied with a mint-carrot salad, and a Mediterranean-topped hummus, which is a creamy hummus topped with tabbouleh, tomato, Kalamata olives and tzatziki sauce.
Vegetable hummus also will be available, including a roasted veggie-topped hummus, with roasted red peppers, roasted beets and pickled onions, and an eggplant and carrot-topped hummus.
These dishes will be available daily during the lunch hours from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. through April 15.
