As part of Facilities Management’s ongoing project support and Tier One strategy for
its customers, we are again publishing our two year project timeline for seasonal projects
to assist departments in their preplanning efforts.
After reviewing the table below, if you wish to submit a seasonal project service request,
please log on to AccessUH to open FAMIS Self-Service. When prompted, please select Project
Requests and then Seasonal Project Request. Next, select the desired project category and
complete and submit the service request. This will help inform the Facilities Service Center
dispatchers that you are requesting a seasonal break project.
PROJECT REQUEST DEADLINES
Requests will be prioritized in the order they were planned and received.
Facilities Management will make every effort to fulfill all requests,
however, projects requiring extensive planning, engineering and/or design
will require additional time to execute. The project manager or in house
construction team assigned to your request will be able to give you a schedule
of completion if the project cannot be executed during the desired seasonal schedule.
