The Compensation Committee is a standing committee reporting to the Office of the Executive Vice President for Administration & Finance (EVPAF).

The Compensation Committee works closely with the Department of Human Resources serving as a conduit for the exchange of information and ideas between the community and Human Resources. The committee provides advice and assistance regarding plans for the development on compensation on campus.
