Last week, a local teacher contacted us for help. She ordered school supplies online was hoping to receive them by the first day of school.
After tracking the package with the post office, she noticed it was stuck at the USPS north Houston sorting facility for many days.
Worried it wouldn't arrive in time, she reached out to us for help. We contacted the postal service to figure out what was happening. A few hours later, they told us the package was found and should be delivered following day.
The teacher contacted us the following morning to confirm she received it.
