UH Dining Welcomes New Human Resources Manager


Jennifer BlackUniversity of Houston Dining Services welcomes Jennifer Black as its new senior human resources manager.

Black has dedicated her career to the human resources profession and has been with Aramark for 13 years, both in the field and at regional offices. Most recently, she worked in health care as the head of the HR department at CHI St. Luke’s Health in Houston.

As an experienced leader, Black strives to do right and is looking forward to applying her years of experience in human resources to further progress dining at the UH system.

In this position, Black will oversee dining employment at all four universities in the University of Houston System. Her priority as senior HR manager is to refine UH Dining Services’ commitment to quality service and continued success in campus dining.

In her spare time, Black enjoys dancing, hiking and spending time with her partner, Vernand, and her daughter, Any'Hia, who is a freshman in high school.
