UH Printing Updates Ordering Process

The process for ordering printed materials and promotional items through UH Printing has been updated.

The new policy, which mirrors the process already in place for the department’s postal operations, now requires all University departments to provide cost center information when orders are initially placed, rather than after the product has been delivered.

"Although we are requesting cost center information up front, nothing will be charged to the department until the project has been completed and delivered," said Sally Rowland-Ketley, director of UH Printing and Postal Services. "This new way of doing things will help us better serve the UH community by making our operations more efficient."

Customers will notice a new cost center field at the top of the stationary order form, which must be filled in before orders are processed.
