Coogs can come celebrate Earth Day with UH Dining Services as it offers an Earth Day special themed lunch menu from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22, at the Real Food on Campus at Cougar Woods Dining Hall.

Enjoy the day with a mushroom broccoli rabe served with polenta to complete the experience.
