In accordance with the Texas
Labor Code, §21.010 , all
state agency employees,
which includes employees of
all University of Houston
components, are required to
complete employment
discrimination training,
including employment
discrimination involving
sexual harassment, not later
than the 30th day after the
date the employee is hired
by the agency and shall
attend supplemental training
every two years.
Enrollment in online training takes approximately
two days to process (depending on the volume of enrollments)

Once the training is loaded to your online account, you may
access it by going to

Online training may be completed
anytime from any computer
with internet access, and
employees may take the
training as many times as
they wish.
