OPEN HOUSE PLANNED FOR UH SYSTEM AT SUGAR
LAND
The University of Houston at Sugar Land will host an open house
and advising night for prospective students from 4 to 7 p.m., Thursday,
Oct. 11.
Advisers and faculty members will be available to answer questions
about bachelor’s degrees, master’s degrees, certifications
and concentration coursework for more than 30 specific programs.
Among these are the award-winning QUEST elementary education program,
the RN to BSN Nursing program and the new Global MBA. Those attending
the open house can bring copies of their previous college transcripts
to review with advisers. Refreshments will be provided.
The UH System at Sugar Land offers junior and senior courses in
a variety of areas, including business, education, psychology, computer
information systems, criminal justice, hotel and restaurant management,
and technology leadership and supervision. Graduate courses leading
to master’s degrees are available in business, psychology,
education, computer information systems and several other areas.

ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY OF HOUSTON SYSTEM AT SUGAR LAND
The University of Houston System at Sugar Land is a teaching center

than thirty bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the
four UH System Universities (University of Houston, UH-Clear Lake,
