– “The Taming of the Shrew”
Director Sidney Berger brings Shakespeare’s bawdy comedy
to Houston audiences for five performances. Cosponsored by the
University of Houston’s School of Theatre and the City of
Houston, The Houston Shakespeare Festival at Miller Outdoor Theatre
is in its 30th season. Houston Shakespeare Festival. “The
Tamping of the Shrew,” 8:30 p.m., Aug. 4, 6, 12, 14. Miller
