Theater: “The New Adventures of Pinocchio”
The third presentation of the annual summer Children’s Theatre Festival presents “The New Adventures of Pinocchio.” Pulitzer Prize winning composer-lyricist Jerry Bock provides the score for this sequel of the wooden puppet magically turned human. “The New Adventures of Pinocchio,” 10:30 a.m., July 26, 27, 28, 29, 30; 1 p.m., July 30; 2 p.m. Aug. 1. Note: the July 30 and Aug. 1 matinees will be shadowed for the hearing impaired by Illuminations. Lyndall Finley Wortham Theatre. Entrance 16 (off Cullen Boulevard).
