Theater: “The New Adventures
of Pinocchio”
The third presentation of the annual summer Children’s Theatre
Festival presents “The New Adventures of Pinocchio.”
Pulitzer Prize winning composer-lyricist Jerry Bock provides the
score for this sequel of the wooden puppet magically turned human.
“The New Adventures of Pinocchio,” 10:30 a.m., July
19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30; 1 p.m., July 19, 20, 21,
22, 23, 30; 2 p.m. Aug. 1. Note: the July 30 and Aug. 1 matinees
will be shadowed for the hearing impaired by Illuminations. Lyndall

International Dinner Series: Back

The Conrad Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management and
Barron’s Restaurant concludes its Summer 2004 International
Dinner Series. Student-run dinners feature different cuisines

Blaffer Gallery Art Workshop
The UH Summer Arts Workshop, geared to children 6-12, will be
held two consecutive Wednesdays through July 28. The art-making
workshops encourage children to think creatively and learn about
original works of art in a variety of media. Summer Arts Workshop,
