Richard Russo Readings
The Margarett Root Brown Houston Reading Series, co-sponsored by Inprint and the University of Houston, continues with author Richard Russo whom the New York Times called “the most expansive of contemporary writers” and is regarded as the best writer about small town America since Sinclair Lewis. Opera: Miss Havisham’s Fire

Blaffer Gallery: “Trespassing: Houses x Artists”
“Trespassing: Houses x Artists” features designs of houses imagined by nine contemporary artists in collaboration with New York-based architecture firm, OpenOffice. Farfel Distinguished Lecture: “The Creative Spirit as a Force for Humanism.”
