leader-level employees.
(supervisors, managers,
etc).

None
How long: 5 hours
divided into two sessions of
2 ½ hours each over the
course of two days.

must enroll separately for
Part I held on 12.01.09
The essence of being an
effective leader lies in
establishing good
interpersonal work
relationships and having the
ability to spark action in
others. During this course,
leaders lean the importance
of meeting both personal and
practical needs, plus a set
of basic, proven Interaction
Guidelines and underlying
Key Principles.
Following this course,
participants will be better
able to:
- Multiply
effectiveness by
motivating teams and
helping people to be
more effective.
- Accomplish more
interactions in less time,
while enhancing
interpersonal relationships.
- Help others enhance
their performance by
providing effective
feedback.
Please note: This course
is a foundation course for
some of the other courses
offered by Human Resources.
While it is not a formal
prerequisite, many of the
principles introduced in
this course will be
revisited in subsequent
classes
