Conflict Resolution
Learn to successfully resolve conflicts before they start to affect your productivity. This workshop is designed specifically for staff who need to expand their conflict management skills and understand their emotions and behaviors when dealing with conflict. Participants will learn to resolve disputes and disagreements positively and proactively in a variety of work-related situations. This training includes learning to take responsibility for conflict, to neutralize emotions, and to listen and effectively negotiate solutions to ensure a win/win result!
