ePAR Status Update
By Carla Ponzio
Fifty percent of ePAR users were trained
during the month of
June, and the remaining users will be trained
this month. The HRMS office is currently in the
process of scheduling the remaining
sessions.
Feedback has been
positive, and constructive, as of the end of
June over 950 ePARs were processed. The
quickest approval time has been 2 minutes,
the longest has been 21 days. HRMS is
working with Human Resources on an ePAR help
guide that will be published shortly.
The ePAR Project will soon change names to
eFORMS, as we start the next phase of the
project and work on additional
functionality. eFORMS will have a home page
for all electronic forms. The eFORMS Project
will consist of automating the following
forms:
The Position Request form (PRF) will
be called ePRF
The Person of Interest form (POI)
will be called ePOI
The Reallocation form (RAF) will be
called eRAF (this will initially handle
suspense reallocations.)
The electronic I-9 will be called
eI-9
Look for future newsletters for more
information on the eFORMS Project.
