• There is a Lynx View web page that will display a web page in text only format as it would appear with the Lynx browser. Lynx is a text only browser that is often used by persons who are blind in conjunction with screen reading software. The Lynx View URL is: http://www.delorie.com/web/lynxview.html
• Bobby (part of CAST Center for Applied Special Technology) is a web-based evaluator designed to test the accessibility of web pages. Bobby is located at: http://www.cast.org/bobby/ Type in the URL of the page you want evaluated and select the submit button. Bobby will display the web page you are evaluating with suggestions on how to improve accessibility.

• JAWS is a popular screen-reader used by the visually impaired. Free trial versions are available for download at http://www.hj.com/JAWS/JAWS.html

• The US Department of Justice maintains an accessibility checklist.
• IBM has checklist , and they sell a reader.
• The governer's office maintains a list of the top 10 reasons pages fail accessibility.
• The National Federation of the Blind developed "Guidelines For Web Page Accessibility" and they are available at http://www.nfb.org/webacc.htm.
• The Macintosh OS has many accessibility accessibility features built into the operating system.
