uYou are a transfer student from an out-of-state or private college or university
and have
satisfactorily completed college-level work as determined by UH. Contact the University Studies Division for

this exemption.
uYou are a student in a non-degree-seeking status (i.e., you are taking courses for personal enrichment but are
not
pursuing an undergraduate degree).
uYou have a
military service exemption.
