Final Exam Schedules

Summer 2013 Final Exam Schedule

There will be no class meeting other than for examination purposes after Thursday, August 1, for Summer Session 1; Monday, July 1, for Summer Session 2; Tuesday, July 23, for Summer Session 3; and Monday, August 5, for Summer Session 4.

Classes scheduled through two or more periods will be considered as meeting at the earliest period for examination scheduling (e.g., a class that meets from 8 a.m. to noon MTWThF would be considered as meeting from 8a.m. to 10 a.m. MTWThF for examination scheduling).

Students in instructional television courses, both in the main campus studio section and in the off-campus sections will follow the main campus final exam schedule below. Face-to face classes meeting at the Texas Medical Center, UHS-Sugar Land, UH-Northwest Campus and the UHS-Cinco Ranch will hold finals during the regularly scheduled day and time for each class during finals week.

Examinations will be held in the room in which classes are regularly scheduled, unless otherwise noted. However, the university recommends that students confirm final exam times and sites with their instructors.

Spring 2013 Final Exam Schedule

There will be no class meeting other than for examination purposes after Monday, April 29, 2013. Examinations will be held in the room in which classes are regularly scheduled, unless otherwise noted.

A class that meets once a week for an extended period of time that overlaps two or more regular class periods (e.g., a three-hour class from 6 to 9 p.m. overlaps three regular class periods: 5:30–7 p.m., 7–8:30 p.m. and 8:30–10 p.m.) will have its examination at the time scheduled for classes meeting during the earliest of the overlapped periods (e.g., a class that meets from 6 to 9 pm on Monday would be considered as meeting from 5:30 to 7 p.m. MW for exam scheduling therefore, should have its examination from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, May 3).

All interactive ITV sections and main campus studio sections will follow the UH campus final exam schedule below.
