August 22, 2011 Changes to CIVE Degree Plan were made in order to be consistent with CIVE website. Changes (re-sequencing of courses in degree plan) were done for ABET accreditation.
August 25, 2011 Accreditation agency name & program objectives were changed in the "About the College" engineering section. Also, the "Accreditation" section of the Profiles page was updated with the name change.
September 1, 2011 Board of Regents listing was updated to reflect the addition of three newly-appointed board of regents: Spencer D. Armour, III, Roger F. Welder, and Welcome W. Wilson, Jr.

Pertaining to the Academic Calendar. There were two dates on the fall 2012 calendar (by semester) that indicated the "Last day to add a class": August 29 and September 4. August 29, 2011 is the incorrect date and was deleted from the calendar.

September 6, 2011 Corrections made to CNST courses: CNST 2351, 3311, 3365, and 4385. CNST 2351 prerequisite change from "consent of department" to "consent of instructor". CNST 3311 lecture-lab hours were changed from (2-2) to (3-0). CNST 2325, 2345, 3315, 3365, & 4385 course descriptions changed from "industrial and process" to "process and industrial".  Corrections have been previously approved by the Undergraduate Council.
October 18, 2011 Pertaining to the Academic Calendar:  The Winter Mini Session was added to the fall 2011 - summer 2012 academic calendar (by semester and by event).
November 14, 2011 German degree program has been officially closed effective fall 2011 per Coordinating Board mandate.  The College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences will no longer accept students into the German program after fall 2011. Any reference to the German major has been removed from the Modern and Classical Studies department page. A disclaimer note regarding this new change was also included in the German Major catalog page as well.
December 8, 2011 Pertaining to UScholars section under "Policies: Advising, Orientation, Enrollment", requirement regarding filing a degree plan after reaching a number of certain semester credit hours was added due to change mandated by the Texas State Legislature.
