Undergraduate Catalog Archives Archive of the 2011-2012 Base Catalog Colleges Technology Minors Computer Graphics Technology MinorStudents who select this minor must satisfy the general university requirements for a minor as well as the specific minor requirements below.
Minors in the department of Information and Logistics Technology must earn a grade of C or better in all minor courses.
The GPA for minors in the College of Technology will be calculated based upon all the grades earned in all courses attempted or completed for the minor as defined by the minor requirements listed in the undergraduate catalog. Prerequisites are strictly enforced for all minor courses and may not be listed in the required hours.
This minor focuses on producing computer-generated graphics and is particularly useful for those majoring studio arts/graphic communications as well as selected majors in the School of Communications. This minor is not suggested for those majoring in media production in the school of communications. Courses cover pixel-and vector-based graphics, digital photography, web design, and videography. a suggested capstone integrated media course is also available to students.
