Cr. 3. (3-0). Prerequisites: ENGL 1304 and credit for or enrollment in 12 hours of natural science courses. Analyzes central issues in the evolution of science during the past century.

IDNS 5310: Scientific Writing
Cr. 3. (3-0). Prerequisites: graduate standing and consent of instructor. Development of effective writing skills within the context of scientific desciplines. Emphasis on structure, style and discourse patterns of scientific writing.
