Late filing period: (non-refundable $50.00 fee).

1. Master's / Doctoral Deadlines
   • submitting final draft of master's thesis or dissertation to the committee
   • submitting signed original and two copies of approved master’s thesis or dissertation for binding
   • ordering caps and gowns

In general, during Summer Session 3, classes meet either Mondays and Wednesdays, plus Fridays June 8, 15, 22, 29, or Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus Fridays June 8, 15, 22, 29.

Last day to add a class.

Thursday
ORD - Official Reporting Day
(4th class day).

Last day to drop a course or withdraw without receiving a grade.

Last day to drop a course without hours counting towards the Enrollment Cap for Texas Residents.
NOTE: Tuition is higher for hours in excess of the cap.

Wednesday
Independence Day holiday.

Wednesday
Last day to drop a course or withdraw with a 'W'.

Wednesday
Last day of class.

Monday - Wednesday
Final examination period.
