Cr. 3. (2-3). Prerequisite: GRTC 2350. Digital cameras; photographic principles; image organization, meta-data, evaluation, and correction; digital asset management; creating image portfolios for the Web; use of color management to soft/hard-proof finished photographs.

GRTC 3350: Graphic Communications Materials and Processes (formerly ITEC 3350)
Cr. 3. (3-0). Prerequisite: GRTC 3353 or equivalent. Graphic communications processes and ancillary operations. Materials used in the graphic reproduction process.

GRTC 3351: Graphic Production Process Control I
Cr. 3. (2-3). Graphic communication production control emphasizing job engineering; techniques used to reproduce varying types of original images; tone capture and correction; proofing; platesetting; and final output.

GRTC 3352: Graphic Production Process Control II
Cr. 3. (2-3). Prerequisite: GRTC 3351. Using graphic communication production control techniques to produce single- and multi-page documents. Includes an in-depth study of page layout, imposition, and static and variable-data printing technologies.

GRTC 3353: Visual Communications Technology (formerly ITEC 3353)
Cr. 3. (2-3). Prerequisite: ITEC 1301 or equivalent. Graphic, digital, and filmed/taped communications processes.

GRTC 3354: Video Planning and Production

Cr. 3. (2-3). Prerequisite: GRTC 3352. Using graphic communication production control techniques to produce full-color documents. Includes an in-depth study of color theory, measurement, correction, modification, management, and separation techniques.

GRTC 4374: Video Post-Production

GRTC 4376: Multimedia Authoring

GRTC 4377: Practicum in Graphic Communications Technology
