Regular filing period ($25.00 fee).
Late filing period ($50.00 fee).

  1. Master's / Doctoral Deadlines
    • submitting final draft of master's thesis or dissertation to the committee
    • submitting signed original and two copies of approved master’s thesis or dissertation for binding
    • ordering caps and gowns
  2. Commencement / Convocation

In general, during Six Week–First, 2010, classes meet Mondays through Thursdays, plus Fridays June 4 and June 11.

Last day to add a class (online by 11:59 pm).

ORD - Official Reporting Day
(12th/4th class day).

Last day to drop a course or withdraw without receiving a grade.

Last day to drop a course without hours counting towards the Enrollment Cap for Texas Residents.
NOTE: Tuition is higher for hours in excess of the cap.

Last day to drop a course or withdraw with a 'W'.
