NOTE:
Dates for the events listed to the right vary by College. Please check with your College as early as possible.

1. Master's / Doctoral Deadlines
   • submitting final draft of master's thesis or dissertation to the committee
   • submitting signed original and two copies of approved master’s thesis or dissertation for binding
   • ordering caps and gowns
     
2. Commencement / Convocation

Tuesday
First day of classes.
In general, during Summer Session II, classes meet Tuesdays through Thursdays.

Friday
Official Reporting Day (12th/4th class day).

Tuesday
Last day to drop a course or withdraw without receiving a grade.

Wednesday
Q grade eligibility period begins.

Friday
Last day to file university application for graduation.

Thursday
Last day to drop a course or withdraw.
Q grade eligibility period ends.

Monday
Independence Day holiday.

Thursday
Last day of class.

Friday - Saturday
Final examination period.
