Asia Society Texas Center, in partnership with the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations, the University of Houston Asian American Studies Center, and U.S.-China Partnerships invites you to participate in the eighth annual CHINA Town Hall: Local Connections, National Reflections. CHINA Town Hall is a national day of programming on China involving 70 cities through the United States. This year’s event will feature a live webcast with Jimmy Carter, 39th president of the United States, sharing his insight on the 35th anniversary of U.S.-China Relations and what lies ahead. The webcast will be followed by a presentation by noted China environmental specialist Marilyn Beach.
