Volunteers from BBUA will help set up/break down the booths at the Alumni Center and assist representatives in unloading/loading cars.
* 8:30 - 10:00am Event set-up sponsored by BBUA
* 3:30 - 4:30pm Event break-down sponsored by BBUA
Volunteer hosts will assist students in locating booths, speakers, rest rooms, etc.
* 10:00 - 11:30am Event hosts sponsored by POPS
* 11:30 - 1:00pm Event Hosts sponsored by AED
* 1:00 - 2:30pm Event hosts sponsored by Allied Health
* 2:30 - 4:00pm Event hosts sponsored by DDS
Volunteers food servers will assist UH caterer in serving, picking up and replenishing breakfast and lunch buffets for representatives.
* 9:00 -10:00am breakfast served in Grand Hall.
* 11:30 -1:30pm lunch served in second floor classroom TBA.
