Chairman Tedin is committed to promoting faculty productivity. Nevertheless, the department budget cannot fund unlimited requests for software. The department policy is to consider requests for licensed copies of statistical software on a case-by-case basis. Note that the department will only consider requests for which the University or Department have a site license.

By submitting this form, your software request will be sent to Chairman Tedin. Any software for which the Chairman does not allocate funds must be paid for by the faculty member making the request.
