- Jan 10 : Payment Deadline (by 7:00pm), deadline to choose a Payment Plan
- Jan 10 : First Installment payments due
- Jan 17 : First day of spring classes
- Jan 24 : Last day to add a class online via myUH
- Feb 1 : Last day to drop a class or withdraw without receiving a grade
- Feb 10 : Second Installment payments due
- Feb 24 : End of regular filing period to apply for Spring 2012 Graduation
- Mar 2 : Short-Term Deferment Payments due (by 7:00pm)
- Mar 9 : Third Installment payments due
- Mar 12-17 : Spring Holiday
- Mar 15 : Book Loan payments due (by 7:00pm)
- Mar 23: End of late filing period to apply for Spring 2012 Graduation
- April 3 : Last day to drop a class or withdraw with a "W"
- April 6 : Fourth Installment payments due
- April 13 : 90-Day Emergency Deferment Payments due (by 7:00pm)
- April 30 : Last day of spring classes
