How to Get to the George Observatory for Astronomy Fieldtrips:
****Please plan to arrive at the Observatory about Sunset- otherwise you will have a hard time finding it in the dark!!****
This fieldtrip is NOT open to the general public.  You may bring ONE guest with you.  Cost to enter the park is $3.00 per person.  There is a $5 per person charge for this fieldtrip.  Please bring $5 with you for your self and an additional $5 for your guest - I will take roll and collect this before we get started.
Check for time of sunset since it changes during different times of the year and with Daylight Savings Time vs. Central Standard Time.  In the Summer months this is usually between 7:15 and 8:00 pm.  In the Winter months sunset may be as early as 5:15 pm.
